• 63% of Utahan's are Overweight or Obese. 
• In Davis County 63% of all of the restaurants are fast food. 
• Each meal you consume should be half Fruits & Vegetables.
• Human behaviors & lack of education are the leading causes of obesity. 
• Any one with a BMI >25 is eligible for weight loss services.

Return visits while on the Program are for:

• 1 month
• 2 months
• 3 months
• 6 month
• 1 year

If patient needs medication management after one year, every 6 month visits are required.

We can bill insurance for the cost of this visit however if insurance is not an option for you the cash pay price for this service starts at $150. 

The first visit is a one hour appointment. 

We are now offering Mounjaro and Semaglutide injections. We will also do a monthly visit to see how you are doing while taking these injections. Each month will have 1 injection per week.

Semaglutide isn't for everyone. This medication is for people ready to follow a medically assisted plan for weight loss after struggling to be successful using diet, exercise and lifestyle changes alone.
