Semaglutide

Semaglutide is a modified peptide that is naturally produced by our bodies called GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide). It works by increasing insulin production and decreasing glucagon secretion as well as targeting areas in the brain that regulate appetite and food intake. A small change in this molecule allows the drug to last weeks in our bodies rather than the natural version our bodies make, which lasts only minutes. These drugs have been used in patients with type 2 diabetes to control blood sugar and have also been found effective for weight loss and safe for people that do not have diabetes.

• Delays how quickly our stomach digests food which leads to a feeling of fullness and satisfaction with smaller meal portions
• Slows intestinal motility so you will feel full longer
• Suppresses ghrelin (the appetite hormone)

For our Semaglutide treatment the pricing varies for each month. 

Month 1 is $350, which will give you a 4 week supply of the medication. 

Month 2 is $400 

Month 3 is $450, 

Month 4 is $500. 

Month 5 and on is $600.
