After 27-years in the medical field, I have finally accomplished my schooling goal of becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner with a master's degree in science from Frontier Nursing University.
I am beyond proud to have attended FNU, which is rank 4th in our nation for family nurse practitioner education.
Frontier is rich in traditions;
this is the ringing of the bell ceremony to signify a new practitioner is born.
I am an only-child, that is proudly married to a 18- year vet of the United States Air Force serving as a firefighter. Because of my husbands and children's love and support I took on the challenge of graduate school, while working full time as a registered nurse, raising 5-teenagers and enjoying life to it's fullest.
I also belong to these associations: AANP, Utah Nurse Practitioners, VOP &
Sigma Theta Tau.
Is to proceed with the ability of providing care, education, empowerment and support to my community as it has been one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. I plan to continue this experience by caring for people of all ages &
continue on, at FNU, for my Doctorates Degree in Nursing & Continuing Education.
